There are helical wings installed into the Wheat Finisher rotor. The coming product moves from the inlet with the help of these wings to rebound to the sieve and advance to the outlet. At the same time, a friction takes place between the sieves, the rotary plates and the product. Due to this friction, the product husk as well as the foreign materials like dust and soil is separated from the product particles.
The product can be kept inside the machine by the valve located in the machine outlet to
improve the quality of the product. Harmful materials like insects' oocytes and small seeds, which
can exist in the product, go to the trash bins via passage through the holes of the outer metal sheet (coat) centrifugally. During all these processes, dust is formed inside the machine; consequently, it is emptied via aspiration.
